Some events need more than a visual boundary. When the site has vendors, equipment, or a mix of foot traffic and vehicle movement, we add
emergency fencing or
chain link panels to make the boundary obvious and harder to breach. I’ve spent enough mornings loading panels in damp Kingwood weather to know that fast setup only matters if the line also holds through the full event, because the first loose section invites everyone else to test it.
Real World Example
During a busy setup near the natural edge of Lake Houston, we used tighter panel spacing around the service area and left a controlled access point for staff. The crowd stayed where it belonged, and the organizer didn’t have to worry about guests wandering into the back-of-house space.
